When my son was at work a couple of days ago he lifted a very heavy box and he hurt his back. Having worked in New Zealand for sometime now, I must say I greatly enjoyed my time here. Unlike Asia, where I come from, New Zealand doesn’t have much of a night life. Lunch should consist of lean meat and vegetable. Avoid starchy, fatty and fried food. Dessert should be fruits. For 21 days, the 500-calorie diet should be followed. In addition, one should not forget the regular hcg drops or injections.

The last phase is the stabilization phase, where one stops taking the drops or injections and calorie intake is increased. Sugar, starch, fats and fried food are still not allowed. Like the second phase, this one should be done for 21 days.
